Exhibitor Guidelines

Thank you for exhibiting at the 2016 FAPAC Leadership Training Conference at Doubletree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Studio Orlando.  Please contact fapac@fapac.org if you have logistical questions.               

           

1.  Set Up – Sunday May 8, 2016: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Monday May 9, 2016: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

The exhibit area will be located in the Universal Center. Each booth set-up includes one 6’ table, linen and two chairs. Your display must fit on top of this table and within one foot behind your table. Due to Fire Marshall Requirements, your exhibit cannot extend into the hallway, so please plan accordingly. All exhibits must be completely set up by 8:00 a.m. on May 10th. Security will NOT be provided for the exhibit area, so do not leave valuables in your exhibit area. FAPAC and the Doubletree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Studio are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

2.  Exhibit Hours – Tuesday, May 10 - Thursday, May 12, 2016: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

3.  Dismantle – Thursday, May 12, 2016: 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Please bring return shipping labels with tracking numbers for your return shipments. The hotel does not provide boxes, tape, etc. Arrangements for all return shipping should be done prior to your departure through the hotel’s Business Center. FAPAC and the Doubletree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Studio are not responsible for dismantling/packing/shipping your exhibit material.

4.  Exhibitor Order Form including Internet, AV and Power Needs (Additional Charge Applies)

Please see the attached forms for information and ordering. Forms sent without payment information will NOT be processed. Forms received after April 25th is subject to an additional fee.

5.  Registration – Register Online

If you have not done so, please register all participants online at www.fapac.org  When registering, select “Exhibitor” as your “Attendance Type”.  Please ensure that all representatives who will attend register online and necessary lunch/dinner tickets also bought for additional individuals as per booth includes only one set of tickets for lunch/dinner. You will pick up your badges onsite at Registration for Exhibitors Only. 

6.  Shipping Instructions

For Materials that need to be shipped to the hotel, the package should be addressed as follows and should arrive NO EARLIER THAN May 5, 2016: NO Pallets

7.  FAPAC Point of Contact Information
