Welcome to the FAPAC Conference

FAPAC is the premier employee organization, founded in 1985, representing the Asian Pacific American (APA) employees of the Federal and District of Columbia governments.  The annual conference provides training to mid and upper level APA employees in leadership development, team work, project management and communication skills through highly specialized training sessions.

There will be a presentation of the new profile study on APA in America. The conference will also highlight the state of the APAs in the government providing an update of the EEOC study followed by an EEO Directors Roundtable discussion.

Another focus of the conference is on career opportunities and advancement providing sessions on military and civilian careers in the Federal government through workshops and agency exhibits. Special sessions will appeal to students who can register for the Wednesday sessions free.

There will be fantastic keynote and guest speakers at the plenary sessions where you can here from our APA leaders on their experiences and stories.

The conference will serve as a meeting place where you can interact with other APAs throughout the Federal government for new ideas, opportunities and learn new skills for adapting to the changing world.
