This program is designed to help federal agencies expand their recruitment and outreach efforts in search of excellent applicants. It offers an excellent opportunity to help the federal agencies fulfill the goals of job searching and marketing diversity recruitment effort and it provides the students and job seekers the opportunity to meet the federal agencies representatives. As a minimal, if any, this program serves as a way to bring people together to discuss the needs for targeted recruitment. Working together, FAPAC has reached out to many participants and partners and invites them to form partnerships by taking advantage of these resource under the JOBS@FAPAC program.
The previous career fair was held on November 19, 2015 at Washington Adventist University campus, Takoma Park, MD where over 35 agencies and over 300 participants attended.
