DEADLINE:                   cancellation prior to March 27, 2012, refund is less a $50.00 processing fee. No refund is available for cancellations after March 27, 2012.    However, substitutions are available any time prior to and up to the Summit.

TRANSPORTATION       The hotel is located near the RED Line Woodley Park Metro Station.

AND PARKING:             Parking rates for guests is $20 per day. Valet Parking available $35.00 daily and $39.00 overnight.

HOTEL                          There are a limited number of Hotel Rooms at the Wardman Park Marriott

ACCOMMODATIONS:    at a rate of $224.00 (Single/Double); $254.00 (Triple) and $284.00 (Quad)
