AAPI Leadership Roundtable Series

The White House Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (WHIAAPI) and the Conference on Asian Pacific American Leadership (CAPAL) have partnered to create the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Leadership Roundtable Series.  Join AAPI public service leaders each month in Washington, DC, for an informal discussion on their personal paths to success and other relevant topics in the AAPI community, including health, economic growth, civil rights, civic engagement, and AAPI leadership development.
The first roundtable will feature David S. Kim, the Department of Transportation’s Associate Administrator for Policy and Governmental Affairs at the Federal Highway Administration.  It will be held this Friday, March 30, 2012, from 12:00p-1:00p EST, at the Korean Economic Institute located on the 10th floor at 1800 K St NW, Washington, DC.  To RSVP, visit www.capal.org/roundtables.  For information on upcoming roundtables, please subscribe to the WHIAAPI Weekly Highlights.

The White House Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (WHIAAPI) works to improve the quality of life and opportunities for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders by facilitating increased access to and participation in federal programs where they remain underserved.
