Registration

  • Valid for a Agency Group of 15 more registration only. Pre-approval is required.
  • Must be active and paid member for 2012. After 3/31/2012, fee will be $795.00.
  • Open to anyone. After 3/31/2012, fee will be $895.00
  • Exhibitor Package include a full registration and a standard booth. Additional meal tickets or full/one day registration can be purchased separately for exhibitor assistant. After 3/31/2012, fee will be $1250.00.
  • Package includes a meal event ticket for the day. After 3/31/2012, fee will be $470.00.
  • Valid only for selected date. Package includes a meal event ticket for the day. After 3/31/2012, fee will be $350.00.
  • Presenter Package includes one day workshop and meal events for the day. Invited guest is free for the event. Additional meal tickets or full/single day registration can be purchased separately for additional guest(s).
  • Sponsor package varies. Please see registration fee table for price detail.
  • Free registration only Valid for Career Day, Wednesday, May 02, 2012. Students limited to student program and Career Fair; Veterans limited to the Veterans Forum and Career Fair. Valid ID is required for entrance. Limited Space available. Pre-registration is required.

Student can attend Career Day and student program Free but pre-registration and valid student ID are required. Space is limited and it is on the first come first serve basis.

Veterans can visit Career booth Free but pre-registration and valid veteran ID are required. Veterans are limited to the career booth area and Veterans Forum only. Other workshops and training courses require full registration or single day registration with fees. Space is limited and it is on the first come first serve basis.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:  In order to issue a refund, FAPAC must receive a “written cancellation notice” by COB April 14, 2012.  No refund or cancellation will be honored after that date.  Confirmed registrants who do not attend the conference are liable for the entire registration fee.  A $25 service fee will be charged to your credit card for each credit card change.  Refund will be processed and mailed after the conference.
