Base fee:
  • Valid for a Agency Group of 15 more registration only. Pre-approval is required.
  • Must be active and paid member for 2013. After 4/15/2013, fee will be $795.00.
  • Open to anyone. After 4/16/2013, fee will be $895.00
  • Exhibitor Package include a full registration and a standard booth. Additional meal tickets or full/one day registration can be purchased separately for exhibitor assistant. After 4/16/2013, fee will be $1,250.00.
  • Package includes a meal event ticket for the day. After 4/15/2013, fee will be $450.00.
  • Valid only for selected date. Package includes a meal event ticket for the day. After 4/15/2013, fee will be $350.00.
  • Presenter Package includes one day workshop and meal events for the day. Invited guest is free for the event. Additional meal tickets or full/single day registration can be purchased separately for additional guest(s).
  • Sponsor package varies. Please see registration fee table for price detail.

National Training Program for the Federal employees, Military, and the employees of District of Columbia government.

Online registration is open now until 04/30/2013. Early registration discount will end by 04/15/2013. Please see the Registration Fee Table for detail.

Student can attend the student program by pre-registering at the event registration site. Students must show a valid student ID at registration. Space is limited and is on a first-come, first-serve basis. For more information, visit the student program event page.

Veterans can attend the veterans program by pre-registering at the event registration site. Veterans must show a valid military ID or DD-214 at registration. Space is limited and is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Veterans registering for this will be limited to 2 workshops on Wednesday and the career fair. FAPAC is hosting a career fair open to the public from May 7 through May 9. For more information, visit the career fair page.

Other FAPAC workshops and training courses require full registration or single day registration with fees. Space is limited and it is on the first come first serve basis.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:  In order to issue a refund, FAPAC must receive a “written cancellation notice” by COB April 14, 2013.  No refund or cancellation will be honored after that date.  Confirmed registrants who do not attend the conference are liable for the entire registration fee.  A $25 service fee will be charged to your credit card for each credit card change.  Refund will be processed and mailed after the conference.
