Distinguished Public Service Scholarship Award
The Federal Asian Pacific American Council (FAPAC) Endowment Fund is proud to offer the Distinguished Public Service Scholarship. Since 2013, FAPAC has awarded scholarships to AANHPI college students who exhibit excellent academic achievement and demonstrate a continuous effort to foster diversity and community service to AANHPI communities. Since 2013, the scholarship is presented in honor of three successful AANHPI leaders in public service on a rotating basis: former Secretary Norman Y. Mineta, former Secretary Elaine L. Chao, and the late Congressman Dalip Singh Saund. The awardee will receive a stipend of $5,000 toward his or her education during the annual FAPAC National Leadership Training Program on May 6-9, 2024.
