Mobile App FAQ
HOW TO LOG IN:
To log in, use the email you used for fapac.org. If you do not have an email or need to lookup the email, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or stop by Registration.
The password for your account will be: fapac2016
HOW TO JOIN THE DIRECTORY LISTING:
By default, all attendees do not appear in the directory lists. To make your profile visible to other attendees in the app:
1) Go to your Account settings in the top right of the menu. There are three options to toggle ON/OFF
2) Show me on attendee list - If enabled, your profile will be publicly visible to all attendees.
3) Other attendees can contact me - If enabled, other attendees may request to contact you through the mobile app. This will reveal your phone number and email address if provided.
4) Other attendees can chat with me - If enabled, other attendees may send chat messages to your profile. Chat messages are accessed through the Attendees tab
HOW TO REFRESH THE APP
In order to refresh the app, go to the Home tab, swipe the Table of Contents downward until the loading spindle appears. A prompt will show asking if you would like to download the latest data for the application. Make sure you are connected to WiFi to avoid data usage (if mobile) and accept the download.
Changes to the App such as session info and registered guests will not automatically update should such changes occur.
This app is primarily used for seeing what programs are available and scheduled throughout the National Leadership Training Program. You can check on info for speakers, workshops, exhibitors, and even break sessions in between. Check into events and bookmark them so you can create your own schedule to follow through the week.
