Q. How do I register?

A confirmation of your registration will be sent to your email address for your record.

Students do not need to register and can attend the student segment of the program on May 11 that include some workshops for resume and other topics. Students can also visit the agency exhibits and meet recruiters and agency representatives from various federal agencies including NASA, USDA, EPA, FAA and the military services (Army, Navy US Coast Guard).
Q. What about workshops?
When you register for the full conference you can attend all of the workshops and events such as welcome reception, Agency Appreciation Luncheon, Military Award Luncheon and Civilian Award Dinner Banquets as advertised in the conference program.
Q. What is the Executive Mentoring Workshop?
Executive Mentoring or Coaching is an opportunity for Federal employees to meet with a seasoned, senior Federal manager to receive personalized career advice. Coaching provides an opportunity for more direct, give-and-take interaction than plenary sessions or larger workshops.

The format of the coaching session will be one on one or in small group. Please remember that the questions must be limited to professional advice.

Please register by checking with the Registration Desk when you pick up your badge on May 9 and arrive at the Executive Mentoring check in at the registration table at the meeting room 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Attendees will be assigned to mentors from various agencies who are managers or senior staff at the GS-15 or SES level with various agencies throughout the Federal government.

Free in room internet is included with each room. Make your reservation by the deadline to obtain the government rate for federal attendees. Q. Can I waive the hotel taxes?
Hotel taxes can be waived for attendees who are government employees by submitting the proper exemption form below upon to hotel approval. Complete, signed the following PDF and give to hotel at check-in.
Q. What is there to do off site in Orlando?
Check with the FAPAC Information Desk at the hotel upon arrival. The hotel concierge may also have suggestions for fun things to do.
